Rotary Club of Allahabad Academia was chartered on the 10th of October 2022 during the tenure of District Governor RID 3120 Rtn. Samar Raj Garg. It constituted of two Roterians, viz Rtn. Tariq Khan, the Founder President and Rtn. Dr. Adeeba Khan. Rest of the Charter members were non Rotarians. The club was constituted with the objective of doing meaningful and sustainable community projects and world class fellowship.
The Founder / Charter President of the club Rtn. Tariq Khan is an eminent Educationist, Journalist and Dramatist. He is the recipient of many national and global awards in education and philanthropy, including the International Icon Award 2019.
Rotary Club of Allahabad Academia has its office in Karlabagh. Prayagraj and is the 1st Ranker in RID3120 in terms of contribution to TRF in the Rotary Year 2022-23. It believes in true service and fellowship devoid of religions and politics.
